justice round the clock in mumbai/Maharshtra

ustice delyed is justice denied.... but now there will be no delay in administration of justice. because in maharashtra now the Magistrates courts (J.M.F.C / M.M.) are working at night also (EVENING COURT) The evening courts are now functioning with whole heartedly by the presiding officer of the court and the advocates and the clients. it has now become easy for the litigation who are doing jobs, now they can attain the court after the office hours. the administration of justice would not be possible in evening court if the advocate fraternity had not given full support and co-operation. mostly the evening courts in Dadar and Kurla court in mumbai and in thane district has been a great success. it would be proud on the judicary as a whole that justice is served to the people round the clock

I am happy to hear this.  This is a landmark development in thehistor of administering justice in India.  This should be emulated by all the states.

It was long awaited. At last wisdom has dawned upon the powers that be! This benefit should be spread all over India so that people get justice round-the-clock. However, will justice be done? It's a million dollar question. The tardiness in the Indian judicial system is no news and people have taken it for granted. Corruption in the judiciary galore - even the CJIs have admitted to this truth time and again to no avail. So extending working hours may help only to a little extent.
