I have query regarding the 'Juvenile Justice and Protection Act'. If somone is commited guilty, does it affect on the future of such Juvenile?? I mean, does their any special entry quoted in the Passport? Does the juvenile may face difficulty in getting passport and Visa? Does he face problem in getting Government jobs or other things those the normal person does.
Sec.19 of the Act itself provides reding 'Removal of Disqualification', however please elaborate the same and please solve my queries.
