According to Karnataka Land reforms Act ( see Attachment ) 79A subsection 4, If i inherit property(agricultural) from my father and if i am earning more than 2lakhs(non agricultural income) from the past five years, i should surender all my property to the Governement.
I feel this is objectable and abitrary. What can i do to stop this and retain my property with me. Please help!
