Khana kasht vs malkiyat

I have purchased the land from a person... he mention his share of land in two khatas of 10 acre and give me a possession of land in one khasra number of 2 kanal. Now this khasra number is of 160 marle... I have mutation in khana kasht of that particular khasra number.

Now the problem is that the other malkiyati sharer trying forcefully for the possession. In police station they are showing that they are in malkiyat of that property... the partition of that land is not happened. Because this land comes in city area... number of houses has been made there.... I also have construct house in 20 marle out of the 40 marle.

I have few queries

1 Is my property is legally right Or not?

2nd can they take possession forcefully or legally?

3rd what about the construction if they divide my share in each khasra... but I have possession on only one khasra number

4th Can court null my registry document... as one of the co sharer has file the case. That khana kasht is wrong deed.

5th  can I legally build the house in agri land ? Or it is for cultivation only...

You need to file a partion suit and get your property partitioned by metes and bounds.
