kindly tell me experts...

In a matrimonial case upon whom the burden of proving allegations depends..in false Dowry and Domestic Voilence case who needs to prove the allegations first wife (petitioner) or the husband (respondent). And what all kind of evidences are required by which court decides that wife's allegations are false...

Once you marry whole burden on your head only.  Husbands head has to bear the burden.

Respected helping hand thanks for ur reply... But dear... On my other post experts replied that burden of proof lies on the person who made the allegations and ur opinion is different from them ....I m Still little confuse...

No use proving, disproving allegations of dowry, domestic violence in court. This is my frank opinion. You will just waste precious time in years not one or two years but 7-10 years behind this. Guilty or not guilty, have conscience or not. There is no benefit what you both can derive from fighting these cases. Its better to either patch up or you pay her loads of money to withdraw such false cases against you and part ways peacefully. You might not find this advice appealing as now you want to take revenge blah blah blah, but when boiling blood cools down you will have only grey hair on your head or no hair at all, this applies for both you and your so called wife. Good luck
