Kvid - stay only after hearing ?!

What is kvid....my advocate says its important to give kvid SO THAT COURT DOSN'T GIVE INJUNCTION/STAY TO MY OPPONENTS WITHOUT HEARING MY SIDE!!!

it is not kvid   it is Caveat.  Caveat referred to as intimation to the  opposite party that they intent to/have filed the suit  and you may or may not contest it.
