Sita should not accept that her site is not in her possession if she disclose the same she lose her adverse possession. If you want to claim claim against subsequent purchaser for tress pass. File criminal tress pass also against pawan and Ramesh also. You get justice

If Sita purchased the land in 1970 from her f-in-law, which was his self acquired property, then in what capacity did Ramesh and others file a partition suit over the same property in the year 2002? Did you take possession of the property you purchased it in the year 2000 from Sita?, Whether your property was also partitioned in the year 2010 by the order of the court?  Whether the appeal filed by Sita was decided? What is it that you wanted to obtain an injunction about? You have stated that you have filed a suit in the year 2012 for declaration of your title over the property you purchased in the year 2000,what were you doing all the while when Ramesh and others filed the partition suit in the year 2002? Were you impleaded as a party to that suit or not? I think you are fighting a losing battle or have been misguided by your advocate.  Please clarify the above details and proceed wisely at least henceforth.
