land dispute need help

my great great grandfather(Harsai) had 3 brothers. Harsai, Tulsiram and Jairam.all of whom are dead. Harsai had 3 sons ,Tulsiram had 1 son and Jairam had 2 sons. All of them are also dead. Tulsiram had 1 son which also had only son(neel). All of the land of my great great grandfathers are divided orally. so when neel wanted to sell part of the land which he had possesion found out that he did not have his or his father and his father name in jamabandi. So he took signature from all the coshares in blank paper to do taksheem(which they do not have any idea as they are illetrate and gullible). So after the taksheem family of harsai and tulsiram goes to court that they did not agreed to taksheem(which was rejected by court). so neel's name was written on that part of the land in jamabandi and family of harsai and tulsiram has to give up the land even though they had possesion of the land for more than 60 years. But now neel has also written his name(don't know how) on another part of land in jamabandi and also want that land also. that land has been in possesion with families of harsai for more than 60 years. can they do something about it or do they have to give up that land also.

The documents or the details of the property are to be ascertained through relevant papers pertaining to the property, including the possession details, family tree details and other issues related to the property  and the legal heirs.

In the absence of proper details it would not be advisable to render any opinion to this conflicting question.

Hence you may better approach any lawyer in the local who has expertise in the property disputes field and clarify all your doubts in person.
