Respected sir, I have 6 acra Land .according survey some part (10 guntas) is going to My bedside land owner. but the problem is in that place we kept my father and My grandmother and My grandmothers father Dead bodies. and we are doing regular poojas. so we have sentiment in that place.
Now also that place is under our kabhja.
Accutuvally that place is ours if not why they allow us to keep Deadbodyies in that place?
past years technology is not good so they are merged my place to other party name.
We have proff that my grandmothers father Samadhi also there in that place.
Now I am so much worried about that place. according to documents the place is in his name but physical it is in my kabhja.
Now he is doing layout in that place
. Can I have any option to challenge this in Court?
