2. BUT IF YOUR FATHERS NAME IS NOT MENTIONED ON SAID PROPERTY RECORDS , THEN YOU MAY APPLY TO PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER UNDER RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT AND COLLECT THE PROPERTY EXTRACTS OF SAID PROPERTY FROM COLLECTORS OFFICE.OF SAID AREA WHERE LAND IS SITUATED.
3. THEN YOU MAY SUBMIT APPLICATION TO THE REVENUE AUTHORITIES TO ADD YOUR NAME ON LAND RECORDS . THE CASE WILL BE CONTESTED BY THE OTHER HEIRS .SO YOU NEED TO PRODUCE ALL RELEVENT DOCUMENTS BEFORE SAID AUTHORITIES AND YOU GET YOUR NAME ADDED ON SAID LAND RECORDS.
