We Filed(on Behalf Of Petitioner) A case Against Land Grabber (Plot) in Special Court Of
Land grabbing and we lost the case
we have gone for a Appeal in High court
I want some Clarification on this
In procedure of High court do thay follow same procedure like as in lower court
like cross examinaton of Petitioner and appealant and opposte party
or they record same which was recorded in lower court
Finally i want to know did petioner has to appear again in High Court as similar to in
lowewr court or do High Court give Final Judgement
I am Asking in general Cases what they do
