I bought (sale deed) a land from a person called Person-A in 2024-March month.
This Person-A bought (sale deed) that same land from other person called Person-B in 2017-June month
Person B files a Original Suite (OS) on Person A on that sale.
Since I am a third party can I sell that land to someone else? as I am not involved in the dispute between Person-A and Person-B, I bought that land for real estate purpose and don't want to get into trouble.
When I check with Person-A on this dispute, he shows all documents and they seems to be proper and all documents supporting to Person-A. But I don't want to get into this trouble and locked for years to get this case cleared. So my question is, can I sell this land if there is a buyer? Or should I wait for court case cleared?
