Land sold by a father when his son is a minor

Hello Team,

Click to teach Gmail this conversation is important." id=":na" role="img">
I am planning to buy a property which is from Prestige group and has all the approvals needed for constructing a house .

when i was looking @ the docs , i got to know that Prestige acquired land from a farmer in 1995 which is his ancestral property and at that point of time only one of his son is Major and in the sale deed only that person has signed it along with his father and the other two are minor's .

I heard that minor's can claim if it is an ancestral property when they become major's . Is that true ? if not can i go ahead and buy that property .

 Thanks,
Giri

Thank You Sir .  I heard that minor's can file a complaint before 3 yrs of becoming after major's . Anything after that is not valid . is that True ?

Giri
