Hi,
I am living in Sector7, Punchkula, and in which day I shifted to this house I have given one month scuirty money and Month Rent is advance. Landlord Taken my sign for/on Rental Deed (Nottery Attested).
Now He is deniying to give me the copy of rental Deed. and I don'd have any proof of residence.
What Should I do now. Should I leave the house or should go for any leagal action. If there is any leagal action for this kindly suggest.
