Lawyers fees in alimony cases

Take: In India Marriages have to be made expensive so that common Indian men think twice before tasting the shaadi ka laddu !

Do you agree ?

I Agree to Mr Tajobs view these are signs of desperation by the men to settle their cases .

1. Some are having extra maritial affairs and are desperate to settle down in life .

2. Rich couple's  who have the money dont want to spend time in court and hence seek a settlement through mutual consent divorce where the stakes for Alimoney are raised maybe not by the clients themselves but by their lawyers :)

3. OYE OYE Ranee you have not forseen  Tajobs point  of view .

The Richer the man or a man who is very much desperate to settle down in life or a man who is frustated roaming around the court premises or a man who is dirt rich and who wants to retain his rich prestige and yap with his friends over a couple of drinks at a country club about the settlement  ............the more a lawyer gains in terms of fees or his cut from the alimony settlement :)
