Hi,
My father bought a flat in Kalyan, maharashtra in my mothers name. And he is passed away without a will. We are total 3 siblings. So, what rights we have on above said properly.
1. Can all of us equal rights on the Flat.
2. Who all can stay in that flat. Who can sell the flat.
The question is rised becuase, one of my sister-in-law who is staying with my mother and brother was forced (not by physical force) my mother to move out of the flat
Kindly suggest the corrective measures to be taken in general and particular.
