I had leased my shop to Govt. of Bihar by tender advt. in local newspaper for selling liquor by the BSBCL an under takinig firm of bihar govt. . the Lease agreement was made on Rs 1000 stamp paper by their authority. they took the possession of shop. The agreement was for one year from1st April 2016 Now govt decided tocomplete ban on sell of forign liquar they have not given any notice regarding paying rent
Can i claim rent for whole amount in this matter as they broke agreement in between leased period pls . also suggest where should i file claim
