Lease Agreement

I am have lease agreement with Central Government for 30 years I have sing this agreement in 1971 and expires in 2003 and we have apply with in time for renewal and still pending with government now some case is going on that why they are not renew lease, can they ask me to remove form this lease land they have pass in board meeting that this lease can renew for next period ( 30 years ) so please give us under what act I can safe my interest.

you can publice the notice that the lease period is almost finished so either reneve or withraw of the land, with in 30 days, in a public news paper.

IF RENEWAL CLAUSE IS THERE IN LEASE AGREEMENT AND YOU HAVE TIMELY APPLIED FOR RENEWAL AND THEY HAVE RESOLVED TO RENEW IN THEIRE BOARD MEETING TO RENEW YOUR LEASE,AS YOU SAY THEN DO NOT PLAY ANY EXCESS UNDER A WRONG ADVICE,WHAT BENEFIT CAN ARISE TO YOU IF YOU SAY THEM VIA ANY PUBLICATION THAT THEY SHOULD EITHER RENEW OR WITHDRAW.AFTER ALL YOU MUST BE INTENDING TO GET RENEWAL THEN WHY TO ASK THEM IN SUCH FASHION.GOVT. AGENCIES IN OUR COUNTRY ARE SLOW MOVERS ,BETTER WAIT AND WATCH AND PERSUADE WITH OFFICE CONCERN.
