Dear Dinesh..
Query is not completely clear, to the extent i understand your query, a lease deed can be executed between Legal Person (Company, Trust, Firms) and individuals.
In lease agreement either or both party can be Legal person or individual, there is not restriction. Only Legal persons needs to be represented by there authorised representatives.
