Wish to know the exact Stamp Duty and the calculation done.
Fact are as follows:
1. This is regarding a residential flat in a CHS in Mumbai (Altamount Road).
2. Tenure is for 33 months.
3. Monthly license fee shall be 1.5 lacs (Plus 17.5 Lacs Security Money, which is part of the LLA).
4. The Agreement is not renewable.
Let me know the Stamp Duty and the way to calculate please.
Will need some agent to do the registration.
