The rented apartment is on heavy deposit. The earlier licenser had 24 months registered agreement, he sold the flat to other one who entered into 19 months agreement. The earlier 24 month agreement was cancelled verbally. No cancellation documents were registered. Later licensor is now sending the notice for eviction saying according to the leave and license clause he serve a notice of 1 month, he is not interested in giving the reason. Now in middle of non holidays it very hard to find another accommodation. The heavy deposit paid is around 50% of flat value.
