Sir I have given the shop premises on leave and license basis and has done police verification. now after expiry of the agreement I have continued with the same licensee the agreement now Society is asking to have fresh police verification is it require when the licensee is the same
Yes it is.
As because the old agreement got expired and it has no effect and you made new agreement with the person/persons so a fresh verification is required.
Although many times it doesn't require in many situations.
