Can anyone execute Leave and License of previously occupied premises on present date stamp paper.
For Example: Executed on the stamp paper dated 02/08/2012
LEAVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT
As per oral understanding with the Licensor, the Licensee has already occupied the Licensed Premises since 1st day of July 2012 and still in occupation of same, Now this Leave and License Agreement is being reduced into writing on this 2nd day of August 2012 at ________(Place).
