Leave on loss of pay..

sir i am working in PSU bank and but now i m on leave on loss of pay means leave without pay approx 1.5 year..Now can i do a regular course?(i didn't take permission for any type of study)

Yes you can, but is advisable to inform your employer to avoid complication at latter stage.

actually sir if i inform my employer they never permit me for anything..even they dont issue me these leaves..i myself on leave we can say unauthorize leave
