Leaving rights from parents property

hello everyone,

i want to leave my rights in my parental property i.e i dont want to possess my parents property in future too. is Relinquish deed is the right instrument or i can go for a WILL also.

Please suggest me the best way of executing the above action. but i Relinquish Deed i think my parents signature are needed that will not be the case in case of a WILL.

Please Suggest.

Thank you in advance

Relinquish deed is the better option. Parents' signature is not required. Get two witnesses and the relinquish deed registered. Later on inform parents so that they can write their own will accordingly.

i didnt understand your query properly

want to leave my rights in my parental property i.e i dont want to possess my parents property in future too

from my understanding you dont want your parents property means thus your name is there in any property or not any other siblings are there to relinquish your rights to them or only relinguish your rights to your parents who already own the property on their name
