Sir,
One month back I have purchased flat in Hyderabad. Builder registered the flat with car parking. After registration he allotted the car parking but the car parking what he allotted that is not approved by the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad (Government). Can we take legal action against Builder? If yes please let me know the procedure.

File a complain case in Disrict Consumer Forum for deficiency of service, to file a case it is better to consult with a local Lawyer.
