Legal advice needed

If an sale agreement is made against a third party when a case is pending in high court and again appealed by defendant of the seller at Supreme court on the same property is it legal can the third party claim for the rights if the case is in favor of the the seller after many yeasrs

It all turns on the question if any interim order was in force when the sale was made. I'm sure the lawyers here would've appreciated some clarity in the language of your post :P Be that as it may, it would be lis pendens and transfer to a bona fide purchaser in good faith for a valuable consideration
