I am having a query regrading the properties under my fathers name.
My father expired in 1996 and he didnt write any WILL for that. We applied for the legal care for the egtting PF and pension etc. In that they havd added my grandmonther name who stayed with my uncle at that time now she is no more.
In the legal care document they have added my mom, 2 sons, 2 daughter and my grand mother name.We tried to remove my grand mother name in many ways but unable to do that. I heard that in christian legal law it doesnt need to add my grandmother in the legal care.
Now we have 1 property under my father name,my question is whether we will be having any issue while selling that property. Whether my uncle and aunties (my fathers sister and brothers) will be having rights on this as my grandmother name is there is legal care.
