Dear All,
A partnership firm is engaged in fitting Fire Fighting Equipments has only 4 employees as staffs and for fitting works gets labours from contractors. PF and ESI is not applicable to them. Now they need a certificate from an advocate certifying that ESI and PF is not applicable to them.
Now i want to know is there any prescribed format for that if yes give me the prescribed format.
Please, its urgent. Thanx in advance .

I think there is no specific format for this.

Minimum 10 employees are a must to cover ESI.
