Who said that lhc is issued only for government employees.legal heir certificate can be made through application in the tahsildar office by any of the legal heir of the deceased by attaching the required documents like death certificate, address proof etc

the legal heir certificates will have to be obtained from civil courts in Andhra Pradesh. Instructions to this effect have been sent to all district collectors.

Legal heir ship certificate will be issued by Tahsildar to any person on application after making due enquiry on payment of fees. Normally, this certificate will be issued by indicating class -I legal heirs only. In other cases the courts will assist for the issuance of Succession certificate by filing a suit.
