iam from tamilnadu. after a prolonged legal battle my late grandfathers( maternal ) property has been released to his family thro a supreme court order. the revenue authorities want the living legal heirs on record. the family of my uncles have given a legal heir certificate excluding my mother. so the tahsildar wants me to get a legal heir certificate that my mother is a daughter of her mother (my maternal grandmother ). my mother and grandmother both are dead. but i have got my grandmothers death certificate. the revenue people say that only my living uncle can apply for his mothers legal heir certificate and not the grand child. how do i get my late mother recorded as legal heir?my mothers name is in the high court order but the revenue people say that they cannot consider that/
