Date of Death : 10-Nov-2009
Place of Death: Chennai City.
Cause of Death : Massive Heart Attack in a Pvt. Hospital
Death Issued by : Corporation of Chennai.
Legal Heir Certificate required for (purpose) : (a) Residential Plot in the present Andhra Pradesh state (b)Bank Account/Fixed Deposits, (c) Domestic Gas Connection (d) BSNL Landline, etc.
Surviving Immediate Family Members : Wife, Son, Daughter
My query : Where should I apply for Legal Heir Certificate? Hyderabad Metropolitan Magistrate or Chennai Taluk Office (the ward/locality which has issued the death certificate)
