If the successors are permanant residents of Hyderabad and if they have commercial interests, services etc in Hyderabad, then they can file for a succession certificate in Andhra Pradesh High Court for Tamilnadu property.

Properties are in Tamilnadu.Wife and children are the first legal heirs. There may not be any difficulty in disposing at Tamilnadu, if the father is frm Tamilnadu.

The properties are already vested with the legal heirs. Other than the wife, are there any other legal heirs? You have not posted the complete facts.

If the legal heirs are permanant residents of Hyderabad with their social and commercial interests at Hyderabad, they can submit an application in the High Court at Hyderabad for heirship certificate of property situated at Tamilnadu.
