TAMIL CERTIFICATE CAN GET TRANSLATED IN TO ENGLISH WITH THE HELP OF TRANSLATION DEPT. IN SECRETARIET OF CHENAI. IT IS EQUALLY GOOD AS ENGLISH. YOU CAN ALSO GET MULTIPLE COPIES IN THE CONCERN ISSUEING SECTION OF TAHSILDAR OFFICE.
