Y was railway employee he married x in 1985 xy having 2 children's after 8yrs x dead then y married w in 2000 wy not having any children after 3yrs she took devorce infornt of grampanchaith leaders deed is there. Now y was nomore .in officially 2wife name was enter in railways . how to get job in railways by way of depends to that 1wife childrens

Officially and legally Y and W were not divorced, hence W is entitled for all the terminal benefits including employment on compassionate grounds in Railways.  If she is declining the employment offer then the children of first wife of y can apply for employment for one among them.
