Legal heirs

hello,

X died leaving behind his wife W, daughters D1 and D2, and his mother M. M dies after X. Now all gets a share in properties of X? D1, D2  and W alone, or is one fourth taken by legal heirs of M?

thanks.

If property was partitioned after the death of X, and if M had got a share in it, then her legal heirs are eligible for a share only on that, if no partition was done , and M had died, then the remaining of X goes to his legal heirs only.

Advice of Learned friend is very sharp and to the point. I totally agree with Mr. Raghavan. Madem you need not get any opinion in the name of consultation. There is a saying too many cook will spoil the pie.
