What are the facts?

hi, dear

without fact no one can send u the format of the notice, but i can tell u what is basic which u have to mention in ur notice .

1)u have to establish in ur notice that u have the copyright over the certain things,

2) the infringer in using that material with the knowlege that the copyrght in ur favour,

3)ask him to stop the use of ur material/things or u will initiate the legal action against him.

  i want to know how shares of the private company can be transfered if share certificate does;nt exist and shares has been alloted on the AOA and MOU itself
