Legal notice

dear sir,

i sent a legal notice u/s 138 but it returned back with the statement that 'no office is available at the said address'..sir will the notice be deemed served ? if not then how should i serve the notice ? can i mail the scanned copy of notice, will it amount to valid service ? is there any other way to serve the notice ?

sending the notice through mail is also valid service.

k sir..bt ir wat abt the notice which i sent thru Regd. AD, will it not amount to deemed served if the accused has left the place for ever in order to avoid any legal hassles

it is also served, but you have to file judgement in court if court is not satisfied with the service. feel free to call
