Legal terminology

It means that the Court is going to frame Issues.

This much may not satisfy you.

If there is difference between paries or if there is difference in the documents, an Issue arises.      No difference, no issue.

Court frames Issues after hearing the parties.     Also issues are framed considerig the Plaint, the Written Statement and Interrogatories, if any.

Issues are of two kinds.

1,  Issue of Fact.                           2. Issue of Law.

If a fact is denied, it's Issue of Fact.

If the applicability of Law is doubtful, it's an Issue of Law.
