Legalheirs of a predeceased son, are they become legalheirs of a person.

Legal heirs of the predeceased son, are entitled to all the legitimate benefits that were entitled to deceased on the date of death.  For example if there are three brothers and the eldest one is no more, his legitimate share should go to his legal heirs and they become co-shares as legal heirs of that deceased son.
