Hello Sir, I am intrested to purchase an resale property (2 BHK) in pune. The seller has done Agreement to sale with builder which is done in 2003. then supplimentary agreement with possession done in 2004 , deed of declaration in 2007 and deed of an appartment in 2011. The seller has all the original documents except supplimentary agreement with possession. is there any problem in buying this property.???? Do supplimentary agreement with possession original mandatory in this case??? can we go ahead with deal or not ?? pls explain any legal hurdles as well ..thanks
