Legally jo farm hamara hai par uske kagjat nahi bane.

Hello sir mere pardada ke pas 10 bigha kheti ki jamin thi or unke 2 bete the . Jab is jamin ka batwara (25 to 30 year ago) hua tab galti se sari jamin chote bete ke nam pe ho gayi ye koy bada issue nahi hai ye samjh ke inhone ispe koy action nahi liya . Ab firse 2023 me  jamin ka batwara karna hai lakin mere pardada ka koy bhi documents nahi hai . Or jamin mere chote dada ke nam par hai wo bhi apni death se pahle, Khushi se mere dada ke hisse ki jamin lotana chahte hai to ye khet ki jamin vapas mere dada ke nam kaise ho sakati hai or kaise mere father or mere name unme dal sakte hai.

The legal heirs.joint occupants can execute a settlemnt deed and register the same.

You can obtain encumbrance certificate ( E. C) from revenue department in your property area. An encumbrance certificate is a legal document, or you can say a piece of evidence for the fact that the property in consideration has free title or ownership. It confirms that there are no legal or monetary charges/liability on the property.
