Lenovo

I have a problem with my Lenovo Laptop. It has developed a defect which is conneted with manufacturing & material quality of the Hardware. The company is expressing inability to replace as it is beynd warranty of 1 year - i did not renew the warranty after 1 year for obvious reasons. The defect is common among Lenovo Laptops and the company has received many such complaints already.

My contention is that the hardware should be replaced fe of charge even if it has crossed the 1 year stipulated warranty as it is clearly a case of manufacturing process fault and sub standard material/design.

Please advice how do i proceed in this case?

Regds,

Rajiv

Issue a legal notice and file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, in the Consumer forum of ur district.
