What are requirement of Licences for Oil Refinery under Petroleum rules 2002 ?

DEAR ARBIND,
There are totally Ninteen (19) Types of Licences in Petroleum Rules - 2002, mentioned in Schedule - I, and Requirements for each of such Licence under the schedule are different one. Therefore let me first know, for which one of those Licences under the schedule you want to know about requirement.
