I am planning to request the family court judge to use "Lie Detector" to expose all lies of my cruel wife.
I have suffered a lot and filed divorce based on cruelty.
But I do not have many proof except one recorded voice where both her and her father abuse and threaten me.
So, I am thinking of using "Lie Detector" on my wife during the arguments and cross examinations in the court.
Please let me know if there is any precedence for using "Lie Detector" in divorce cases?
If there is no precedence, can I still go ahead and request to my family court Judge, for the use of "Lie Detector"?

Here are part of the cruelty that I went through in 10 months that I was with my wife.
Cruelty include abusive language, beating, suicide threats, locking me in bathroom,
hiding under the bed, hiding my things, throwing things out of kitchen and making me to bring it,
lying in the floor eyes wide open for a long time, demanding 2 sovereigns of gold to be given every month,
threatening to go out of the bed room nude, Threatening to go to women police station in the middle of the night, suddenly vanishing while walking on the road etc…
She used to take her bags in the middle of the night to leave to her home 450kms away.
Please let me know if there is any precedence for using "Lie Detector" in divorce cases?
If there is no precedence, can I still go ahead and request to my family court Judge, for the use of "Lie Detector"?
