The Kolkata Municipal Corporation is now asking for payment of Property tax bills issued during 1956-57, alleging non-payment, otherwise they refuse to mutate the said property, which I urgently need. Actully, I do not have any document from 1956-57, or any personal knowledge about the alleged non-payment. Does not Limitation barred the said unpaid bills? Please help
