First of all you need to check whether you falls under definition of factory or not

i.e. if you are carrying out any manufacturing work and has employed more than 10 people working with the help of electricity or 20 or more people working without help of machinary

Thereafter you have to register your company with Inspector of factories under factories Act and need to complete other formalities as mentioned in the Act
