Dear Learned Members,
In the next date of divorce case under 13(a), wife is going to apply for the service of summons through newspaper publication. Tried every effort to get it delivered but the husband is playing mischief.
I tried to search too much on internet but didn't find any satisfactory answer. Please answer my two queries as below:
1) List of newspaper approved by Ahmedabad Court to serve the notice at Greater Noida.
2) Do the wife need to mention the name of newspaper in which she wants to publish, in the application she will give to judge to approve the substituted way of serving the notice? or she can just file a request application and then will decide herself and later on next date show it that I have given it in this newspaper.
