Wife is going to apply for the newspaper publication for the service of summons for her divorce case.
Husband not appearing and not taking summons.
Wife is in Gujarat and Husband resides in Noida. Can anyone please help by giving the link wherein it is mentioned about the newspaper approved by court for such publications?
or can any english and local language newpaper will do?

The correct information you can only get from the concerned district court as there are approved newspapers where publication is being allowed by the court. The last order of the concerned court will mention about the newspaper where the publiction of the court notice should be made, check that order and keep on checking the newspaper to confirm the publication of court notice.
