Litigant tenant

Hi!

Tenant and landlord issue.  11 months rental agreement signed by parties - unregistered.  lawyer notice to vacate premises given before suit filing.  Trial court ordered to pay rental arreas; defendant got stay w/ WP in High Court. Is underwriting by respondent to vacate premises by signing compromise petition for 18 months valid in HC? After 18 M can he file another false case and not go by terms of compromise petition? Would that be contempt of court? Is there another legal recourse to get the tenant evicted earlier?

Already 3+ years have elapsed in civil trial case for eviction and possession;  and tenant hasn't paid rent or vacated premises.  Also, false criminal case filed by him is still on.

WP filed by him and stay  in HC is on for rental arrears.

Trial court PE (evidence) is done for eviction / possession

Cr P case petitioner evidence is due.

Please advice on legal options. Is advocate dragging his feet?
